ProAXYZ 5as
Designed to fulfill the most sophisticated needs in the field of 5-axis simultaneous machining, ProAXYZ 5as maintains the simplicity and performance of GibbsCAM. This module proposes a wide range of features such as : surface flow, zigzag option, unidirectional and spiral cutting – optimization by reorienting the cutting tool in accordance to the cutting direction – side cut, tangential entry and exit moves, projection of wireframe geometry on 5 axis- surfaces or with 4th-axis lock – drilling on connectors by single mouse click, swarfcut – cutting by rolling over 2 curves.
ProAXYZ 5 As+ completes the basic module ProAXYZ 5as with features such as : collision check – 5-axis simultaneous pocketing. Other customized functions can be developed on request.


ProAXYZ 5as+
ProAXYZ Art
ProAXYZ Art allows 5-axis simultaneous engraving with raised edges. Thanks to the possibility to create sharp corners, engravings with a “handmade” feel can be produced. The import function for CorelDraw files or files from other graphic design software thru. .emf or eps formats adds powerful functions to this module for reproducing artistic engravings.

  ProAXYZ Serti is specially designed for jewel chasing preparation work (in watchmaking). This module allows 5-axis simultaneous machining of jewel holes. Shot blasting of the holes and machining of various threads can be done quickly and efficiently on all types of surfaces or bodies.

ProAXYZ Poli
  ProAXYZ Poli allows machining perpendicularly to tow curves. This module is specially suited for sanding or polishing machines used for ifnishing watch cases.


ProAXYZ GeoEdit
ProAXYZ GeoEdit is a geometry editing module offering the following features : curve shifting on a surface, projection of geometry, subdivision of geometric elements.






ProAXYZ Driver
ProAXYZ Driver is a new concept of interface between computer and machine (post processor).
It has been developed with a view to use specific features of the machine-tool-numerical control combination.
